Our Duties:

·         Provide full purchasing support within the North American Region, with responsibilities for Nigerian businesses and individuals. Specific duties include negotiations, biding/evaluations, selection of suppliers, and providing after-purchase support.

·         Purchase Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) of goods and services at the most favorable costs and terms consistent with all relevant factors such as quality and quantity in accordance with all corporate policies and procedures.

·         Negotiate contracts and maintaining competitive pricing, and supporting through the use of national strategic contracts. Communicate within supply of goods and services.

·         Communicate qualification of best existing contracts, while assuring full compliance with fagbohun3804’s Management strategy.

·         Keep abreast of the current and best markets for new products and services. Investigate potential new suppliers to determine their ability to furnish needs for products or services.

·         Develop and implement cost reduction programs, consistent with overall corporate and regional business strategies.

·         Responsible for securing due orders, proof of delivery and goods receipts.

·         Resolve errors with suppliers in a timely manner. Monitoring the performance of suppliers, and address issues as expressed by our customers.
